Return & Refund Policy

At Sideline Seat, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are large outdoor-use items, please read the return policy carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In the original packaging
Free from dirt, stains, wear, outdoor use, damage, or missing parts

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because this is a large item, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at noahwerbinski1@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or a refund depending on the issue.

Do not return damaged or defective items before contacting us.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been used outdoors
Items with dirt, stains, scratches, wear, or damage caused after delivery
Items missing original packaging or parts
Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts without prior approval

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Delays

We work to ship all orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page.

If your order is delayed beyond the stated shipping window, we will notify you and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then contact us.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the carrier and supplier to provide a replacement or refund.
